Strategic Plan Consultant
The Paint Rock Forest Research Center (PRFRC), a nonprofit dedicated to ecological and biodiversity research in the biologically rich Paint Rock River Valley of Alabama, is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to lead the development of a 5- to 10-year strategic plan. The selected consultant will guide an inclusive planning process involving board members, staff, and external stakeholders to produce a comprehensive strategic plan with actionable goals, implementation strategies, and measurable outcomes. Key areas of focus include organizational structure, campus planning, research and educational programming, land acquisition, communications, partnerships, and revenue development.
Proposals are due by September 5, 2025, and must include a cover letter, methodology, timeline, key personnel bios, past project examples, references, and a fee proposal. The anticipated project kick-off is October 1, 2025.
